The tabletop set was made for a Brooklyn, NY restaurant specializing in South African Zulu cuisine. Minimalist details with beads, reliefs, and carefully placed radii translates Zulu style into a NYC dining context.

Culture and culinary research was applied to the form and function of each piece, resulting in concrete tableware. Each piece incorporates common geometric shapes found in Zulu textiles and traditional objects.
The tableware favors minimalism and omits color to emphasize the beauty and sophistication of Zulu cuisine.
