EVA’s versatile properties include easy cleaning, highly durability and lightweight. Color variety make this an ideal material for children’s products but also readily elevated to a playful, chic material for adults.
Beginning with material research, many quick models were created to understand the properties of EVA foam. Applying heat through vacuum forming, laser cutting and thermoforming helped create structural forms and control finish.
